Can me, the administrator, view emails on our SBExchange server? I realize you can go to Exchange System Manager/Tools/Monitoring Status/Message Tracking Center and view what emails were sent, but could you actually bring up the actual emails that was sent by a certain individual?
Thanks,
TZeus

More a question for the XC2003 forum but yes this can be done.

You'd have to assign yourself rights to their mailbox then either access via OWA or attach to the mailbox from Outlook.

NB You have to be VERY careful legally here. For instance you should have a policy stating that e-mails can be monitored and for what reasons etc.
