I'm running Groupshield v 4.5 and it does not return the "TO" or "FROM" when a virus is quarantined. I've tried to install the Resolve Name Utility but it comes back with a 2381 error and will not complete the install. To this point NAI can't tell me what's wrong. I've tried reinstalling Groupshield with a new copy of the RNutility and I get the same error. I was wondering if there is a way to view the EDBxxxxx.log to get the "TO" and "From" info? Or any other method to get to this info would be helpful.
