View SQL Query Not Available

I have 2 reports that are almost identical, using the same ODBC source. One report allows me to view the SQL query under Database/Show SQL Query. On the other, the Show SQL Query is grayed out. I'm stumped as to why this is. Any suggestions are most welcome!

Perhaps you are using a Stored Procedure?

Differing data sources within one report?
