View site usage data? 1

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I am trying to view the site usage data for my SharePoint 2003 server. I have enabled and configured it. On the team sites, I can see the data under "Management and Statistics", "View site usage data". But on the main site, where I really want the data, I dont see any way to view it. There is no view option that I can find.

Any ideas?

Found it. For anyone who might be having the same issue, here is the answer I found:

If you want to check usage statistics and access everything on the 'Site Administration' page etc at the top most Portal site level , then all you need to do is add '/_layouts/1033/webadmin.aspx' to the end of http://[your portal], or any other page under the main Portal site.

For those that think this is a part of SharePoint that you can actually access via a link (from the main Portak site), then you cannot. There is no link to this actual admin page (unless you create a new sub site and then there is a link for that particular subsite). So if you want to check usage stats from the top level Portal site then this is the tip you need. Dont believe me? Try it!
