I have an application that sends mail thru our exchange server programatically (not via Outlook or any mail client). The application's setup requires a username/pw that has an existing mailbox, however when the application sends mail, if I load Outlook with that user, the Sent Mail folder is empty. Is there a way to see the sent mail, or view mailbox content on the exchange server?

Hope someone can help, Thanks!

It's the mail client that tells exchange to maintain the sent items folder, so if whatever you're using is just an SMTP dump it's not going to keep it. Perhaps you could create a dummy mailbox and send CCs to it? Marc Creviere

Good thought, thanks for the quick response.

"Jounal". You can enable Journalling for that mailbox while u have his mailbox open in Outlook. Haven't tried this in your way, but works fine otherwise.
Hope this helps.
