View Sent Items from Inbox

I hope this isn't basic Outlook functionlity, but I would like to view my replies from within my Inbox.

So, if I am looking at my inbox, I would like to click the mail received and see my replies to the right of it (or something close to this). I have experience using vba with excel and access, but new to Outlook coding. Is this possible with the Outlook events?

Using basic functionality;
1. use message rules to put a copy of replies in your in box.
2. having selected the message, sort/group by by subject.
