View rulers

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can view rulers in Adobe Reader 8? This option seems to have disappeared from the View menu. Either I am very stupid, or they are (likely the former), but I just cannot find this.

I know Adobe 8 has a clever new measuring tool, but I gather this costs just over a million dollars to activate. Just want to see some rulers is all.

I thought that rulers were only available in acrobat pro. Try hitting command R on mac or alt R on pc and see if they show. That's how you do it in pro.

Thanks mate - I think you're right, I was getting confused between reader and the full acrobat. Actually remembered I still had acrobat 7 installed so used that instead.
