View records in form by Autonumber Order 1

I have a form tied to my TruckRegister Table. I have record
selectors at the bottom of the form. I want to be able to
select the previous record and be able to get the previous
record. Each record has an autonumber but when I select
previous record it does not necessarily show me the
previous record by Autonumber or by Date. How can I make
the form show me the records by Autonumber order either
previous records or next records?

You must either sort by date (best) or by autonumber. Access does not have previous or next records, only previous or next in suc-and-such an order. You could also consider selecting the max-record-less-than-this-record, but this is a bit messy.
