View RDP session

I know there is a way to do this but I can't remember how. I want to take a screenshot of someone RDPing into a server. The screenshot I want is of the Start Menu showing that persons username. How do I do this?
I know I can go into Task Manager and users but I want the screenshot of the start menu and what the person has open.

The way I was trying was remote control of the other session but I keep getting Session (ID 1) Remote Control Failed.
