Anyone know a way to view a Project 98 file on a machine that doesn't have Project? I looked at the MS site and there doesn't appear to bo a Project Viewer available. Also searched Hotfiles.com.

I tried exporting the file into Excel and HTML format a few different ways but couldn't product a Gantt chart, only tables of data. If someone knows a method of exporting a Gantt chart, that would work as well.
Jeff
masterracker@hotmail.com

Of all the things I've lost in life, I miss my mind the most ...

Hello Jeff,
I'm not sure if you still need this information. . .

The only way to send Gantt chart information to someone is to use the "Copy Picture" button from the standard toolbar. It's the 2nd/3rd button in from the right side.

You copy the picture and then paste into a Word doc, etc.

Now, if you have since upgraded to Project 2000 since this post there is another method to provide Gantt Chart info.

Project Central is the new web interface for Project 2000.

Good Luck,
MO
