View processes in Metaframe Manager

Hi there,

We want to delegate some functions to our helpdesk. One of them is killing user processes. The helpdesk is not an administrator.
We have an NT4 domain and we use Metaframe 1.8 for 2000. I tried everything but they wont see the processes in Metaframe Manager so they can't kill them.

What am I doing wrong?

Unless the Helpdesk user has Admin rights, she cannot kill user processes.

This has been addressed in MetaFrame XP, where you can assign Delegated Administrators with specific levels of control, but not, I'm afraid, for 1.8

She could log onto the Citrix Server Admin tool as a published app, if you create a specific user, eg CSAAdmin, that has the right to log onto that app, and is a member of the Local Administrators group.
