View Option missing from 3904 Display

I have a user with a Meridian 3904 her phone display won’t let her into the "view" option to view missed calls.

This option was available via the soft keys on the users display panel.

She can still access via the phonebook key. Which I use but "it was so much better when it was listed on the display"

Now she only has the forward soft key available.

This functionality is available on the another users phone:

I prt both phones and they are both the same:

These phones have the same Flash Firmware version 087 & Core Firmware Version 020.

Any ideas?

Under the phone options, is call logging setup up the same?

In load 32, check the firmware of phone and make sure it is up todate. This might help.
