Is it possible to view one record in Microsoft Word 97 from an database (eg. FileMaker Pro) with ODBC? I have managed to view all the records in the database, but it takes some time before all the records are loaded in Word. Then you have to browse through all the records to find the one you need.

If someone knows the answer or a suggestion let me know.

Thank you.

I assume your mailmerging. If so, don't merge them all. Choose the query options and match the name or some other unique value, then run the mailmerge.

Let me know if you need more help than that. techsupportgirl@home.com
