View not showing all the fields

I have a view that doesn't show all the fields in the documents. When I save a document, it then appears. It seems really bizarre to me. Some of the documents show all the fields! Is there away I can save multiple documents at the same time?

Something confuses me in your question : are you talking about new documents, or existing documents ?
First of all, a new document cannot possibly show up in a view before saved.
Next issue : are you talking about a Domino/Notes standard database application, or a thrid-party database ?
If it is 3-rd party, maybe there is something in the workflow that requires a document to be saved twice in order to validate all the fields - in which case it might be nice to have a chat with the developer to see if that is really necessary.
Finally, you can only save one document at a time, and you can only act on one document at a time. You can, however, have an agent that will act iteratively on a number of selected documents.

I created an agent in the database with the code

@Command([ToolsRefreshSelectedDocs]);
@All
and selected none in the target of the agent properties. I was then able to select the documents I wanted to run it.
