View n displaying 'Jpeg' data stored as OLE Package in ACCESS

I'm stumped to display "JPEG" data stored in Access Databse as an OLE Package.

I eventually want to upsize the the access database to SQL...the OLE package data is getting corrupted when importing to SQL server

Some pls help me....my job depends on this...
