View/modify additional fields out of view, to the left of the report

I am using Crystal XI and trying to modify a report that was written by a hired writer. The report has 30+ fields that go out quite a ways to the right. I am trying to get to the fields to modify some of the headings and delete ones that are no longer needed. I cannot see all of them in the details or preview section.

I have tried to switch the page format to legal and it helps but there are still 10-15 fields I cannot view to modify or delete. If I could delete them with out having to select them in the design view I could add the fields I need back in. Any ideas?

Try the zoom icon, or View > Zoom if you don't have it. Set it to 50% or 75%, which will let you see fields beyond the 'paper'.

That works! It's a little hard to read but at least I can just delete all of the fields and back the ones I need. Thanks!
