Hi all,

I'm trying to view a report using ePortfolio Lite over our intranet.

The report uses a view that I have created in SQL Server 2000.

When I run the report locally using Crystal Reports 9 the report runs fine. However, when running the report using ePortfolio I get as far as the parameter prompt and as soon as I enter the parameter I get the following error.

The table '' could not be found. Error in File C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Report Application Server 9\Temp\{BD6D2514-51C1-489D-AE31-47D7DC3D720E}.rpt: The table could not be found.

Has anyone got any ideas? I'm assuming it's an issue with ePortfoliio Lite and views as many other reports work and I actually get this error when a view is used.

Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance,

Woody

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately even after adding the latest service packs (as was suggested) I still get what is becoming a very frustrating error!

Has anyone got any other ideas?

Thanks,

Woody

Looks liek it could be a permissions problem, make sure the account you are using to run the report has access to required view.

Your spot on! The view is created for dbo use only... Any ideas how I change a view to have rights for basic users in SQL?
