view in use files

I am looking for a GUI way to view "in use" files on my servers, NT 4 server had a tool called server manager, is there a simular tool on server 2000 or 2003? Or is their a 3rd party tool that anyone can suggest.

I have not used one but i guess you could always keep a computermanagement.mmc snap in on your desktop with the extension for shared folders.
