I have been using Access2002 for about two months now so this may be obviaous to somone else.
I have created a "switchboard" using the command button Wizard, however when the form is used the default view which should be set to datasheet keeps on coming up in formview. i have even set the allow views to only allow data sheet view, but somewhere the setting is being overwritten, any help would be appreciated. If i access the form directly from access the view defaults correctly. the database is in access 2000 is this the reason?
TIA Cliff

Your DoCmd.OpenForm line must explicitly set the view mode to the datasheet view.

DoCmd.OpenForm "frmYourForm", acFormDS
