I am having trouble using the View Forms in Remedy. I guess my basic question is, can you modify data in the View Form. No where does it say that the data in the remote server cannot be modified.
I have successfully created a View form pointing to a remote SQL Server DB. But when a try to modify the data using the form, I get SQL Failure Error. Something about XACT_ABORT not being turned on.
I am not sure where this option needs to be turned on. Is there something I need to put on ar.cfg ?
I tried turning it on using a regular SQL connection, but that doesn't seem to work.
