HiCom 150E with Optiset Standard/Advanced Plus units. Is there a way for me/front desk to assign one of the keys on the phone to light up when another extension is being used (or not). I.e. can a receptionist see if someone's extension is busy or not? If so, can you guide me through HiPath 3000 Manager to do so? Thanks.
