Does anyone know where the view/edit records is in 2005? I'm looking for the same functionality that is in Enterprise Manager where you could view/edit a group of records.

Of course I know how to do it via query analyzer :)

Thanks!
Craig

You should be able to view/edit your tables from the SQL Server Managment Studio.

When the Managment Studio is open, click New Query at the top. That will open the SQL 2005 version of QA.

Thanks Denny, as I said, I know how to use QA in 2005. I'm looking for a way to display and edit multiple rows of data as in 2002's Enterprise Manager. The grid layout that is EDITABLE.

Sorry about that, apparently I was being thick and not reading your entire post.

I can't seam to find that option either. Mabey they have removed it from the GUI requiring that you enter the data via script now.

The 2005 GUI runs very slow on this machine (I've only got 256 MB at work), so I wasn't able to look around it to much, but it looks like it's not in there.

Maybe they are still working on it, and it will show up later.
