view document contents on a page

Well Ive tried sharepoint for Dummies, but still am too dumb.

I want to be able to see for example a flowchart or excel spreadsheet on an actual page rather than just see the doc itself which you would click to open. Seeing the data displayed on a page looks neater than having to see the doc listed and then clicking on it to see the info.

Any tips on getting a document to display data rather than displaying the document to be opened by clicking on it?

only way to do that woul dbe to save the document as a MHT file and display MHT in an iframe...

Known is handfull, Unknown is worldfull

ah, that makes sense....now to figure out how to get the mht file in there..
