After scheduling a report to email out through ePortfolio (CE 9.0 Professional), you can view the first few email addresses from the History screen, but not all addresses if there are several.

How do you go back and review the distribution of a scheduled report? Also, is there a way to change the distribution of a scheduled report without having to recreate the recurrence?

Thanxs!

I would consider using a distribution list to change the distribution of a scheduled report. You could add and remove recipients without having to reschedule the reports.
You could also add a folder to the distribution list so that you could archive emails sent out. This might give you the ability to see the Histoy on an email, by email basis.

Thanks Brian, that's a good idea.

I have user's scheduling reports too and would still run into the problem when a report is scheduled to go to 15 different email addresses. Humm...

The distro for a scheduled report must be stored somewhere. I've looked at the SQL Server tables that CE builds and I didn't see anything that looked like attributes of scheduled reports.

Any idea how to track down the email addressed when they are used individually instead of a distro list?

You would probably need to write some code that read the objects that CE stores in its database. I suggest reading up on the CE developers guide that comes with CE. It can be found under Documentation on the CE Launchpad. If you know ASP, you shouldn't have a problem understanding the CSP code. If you know .NET, and you are using CE 9, you can use the included assemblies and build you app that way. If you are using CE 8.5, the .NET assemblies are available for download from CE's site. There are also some good .NET samples available from CE's Dev Zone.

Thanks again Brian. I'll see if I can dig anything useful up in the Developers Guide.
