view co-workers calendar 1

Can I view a co-workers calendar without them giving me proxy to their mailbox?

I want to see their complete calendar not just their free/busy information.

Are you using exchange? If so this can be done by giving them rights to your calendar. Right click on your calendar link and select properties, go into the permissions page and add them with read only access. When you are done with that, go to their computer and select file->open->other users folder put your name and select calendar from the drop down list.

That should do it.
