How do you view the Caller ID for previous phonecalls with a 7316e?

If logging is setup you will get a Calls for you message on the display of the 7316 and a CALLS display above the middle soft button. You can hit second softbutton and scroll through your calls, or just use F812 like Arr said.

I thought call logging was setup but it must not be. Every phone is set to 'log all calls', but I get a 'no log' message if I use F812.

What else is required?

Did you assign logs to the sets? Under Preferences.
