View appointment Calendars

Hello Guys,

An employee (Admin Assistant) would like to view the appointment calendars for a few people in administration. How can I set her up so she would be able to view appointment calendars for the administration users. Is this a setting on exchange or outlook. Please help.

Outlook. Go to admin. Mailbox Today, right click, properties. Permissions. Add in User as owner or reviewer or whatever level you need.

Same underneath on calendar.

Repeat for other admin.

Go to user, Tools, Accounts, Modify, Properties, Advanced, Add mailbox for each user.

Done.
