View 4 - What about profiles?

So....we're currently a citrix/temrinal server shop. Weighing the options between vmware view 4/managed desktops or Xen6 and 2008 r2 published desktops. One thing I can't find on vmware view 4 is how profiles work. Do users still have roaming profiles? Or, are they managed differently but the users will still have the files they copy to their desktop on one session when they logon to a new session.

Somebody who's using it wanna give me the 101 on how these profiles are managed on view 4?

Does view 4 support windows 7 now?

You still have to implement roaming profiles. I don't know of any other way to do it.
