The OLE control can play .AVI files. In its simplest form, playing an AVI movie requires no code at all. Just drag the OLE control onto the form...it will automatically ask you to choose the type of file...Choose Video clip, and browse to the .avi location. When you start the project, double click on the OLE control to start playing the movie. The OLE control has a ton of options that allow you to control when and how the movie plays. Hope this helps.
