videos do not play with new graphics card BUT first frame shows as a still pic Sound is ok 1

We have installed a Raedon HD6670 graphics card in our pc BUT the videos do not play.
The first frame shows as a still pic, the sound comes through ok, all still images play ok in my pc, but Windows Live movie maker refuses to run and media player also does not show these videos.
Have win7 64bit installed . Pc less than 2 years old.
All updates on new card and windows are up to date.
have done a repair thru control panel of windows live essentials with video still not working.
Any suggestions please before I take the card back to shop.
Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you

First off, what is the power ratings for the power supply? Recommends a 400W power supply. Also, what type of videos? from a dvd?, AVI? MP4? Mpeg 2? Flash? windows media? Also, did you download and install the latest drivers from AMD website?

Try VLC player to see if it's something wrong with WMP.

Thanks everyone, had gone to the Sapphire website to check drivers etc on new card
BUT should have gone to AMD instead for drivers. Their site was much easier to understand
and checking from their site and with another restart everything came back.
