video with controls in Flash5

I'm new to Flash but I understand the basics. I need to put a video clip with controls (play, stop, skip forward and backward) into a Flash multimedia CD presentation. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!

You can allways have a look at davdesign's AVI WITH CONTROLS, number 45 in this faq250-756
