Hi,
anytime I try to play a video or display a digital picture from my CD/DVD drive that was taken by some camera, my system tries to display it and you can see the lightest spots in the picture but the rest of it is so dark, you can't see anything. the video does play, I get audio ok, you can see things moving. I have Win2k prof SP4, media player 9 with codecs, directx9c 2006. resolution set to 1024x768. do you know what is wrong?

thanks
