video to PC

i 've connected my video on my pc by an s-video cable on my grafic cart (nivdia FX 5700)
But i can't watch anything.
i tried Movie makers but i won't work
any suggestions

The S-Video port on nVidia video cards are video out ports. The only video in on an nVidia card are going to be the coax connections generally.
