Video stalling halfway through

we have a video 'walkthrough'. It stalls after a minute or so – on PCs and Macs, in Safari, IE and Firefox. We've had web professionals trying to resolve the problem, but none have been able to.
The video is a Windows Media File of 5.9Mb; its relevant code is:

I've watched the whole 4 minutes of it without stalls on my PC with IE & FF... Well as a matter of fact, it opens up my WMP player, in which I watched it...
You seemed to be indicating that this was an embedded file???

What's this got to do with Flash?
