Video sound distortion

I'm creating two CDs, both of which are very simple and have two videos. One video is common to both the CDs and although I have one CD working fine, the other CD severely distorts the sound of this video when playing it back in a projector. If played from within Director, this does not happen - only when I publish the projector. I know there is no problem with the video and it works fine on the other CD, so I'm lost for solutions. Have tried starting again from scratch, to no avail, so I don't think it's a problem with my code.

Any ideas would be fantastic!

The client has now asked me to import the video in .wmv format.

Which Xtra is best for this? The ability to play full-screen video wold also be great.
