We have an IPO 8.1 site that has been running Teleworkers on softphones for years without a hitch, suddenly certain units no longer have access to transfer or the call key they are greyed out. You can right click and select options to work around the issue. Has anyone else had this issue? We rolled back updates on these machines, put the latest release of softphone, ran the firewall batch file. No change.
