Video Softphone not transferring 1

Good day colleagues,

I have two IP500v2's running 8.1.65. The only difference between them is that one is using Mu-Law and the other is using A-Law. I have Softphone ver. 3.2.3.48 67009 running. The problem I am experiencing is that the Softphone is unable to transfer calls when connected to the A-Law system.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or is this a know issue?
