I have a customer using a few video softphones. They seem to work well calling into the office and out onto the pstn. However, when they try to call between the softphones there isn't any audio. Normally I'd shut of direct media path. However, the SIP extensions have direct media path on and greyed out so I cannot change it.
Has anyone ran across this?
