Video Softphone Directory Update

Hi Guys,

I'm sorry, I'm sure I've fixed this issue before but can't for the life of me figure it out this time. IP Office Video Softphone on v9.0.200.860, the Directory tab isn't updating at all, not just waiting an hour or 2, it's apparently been months since this particular users directory has updated.

Short of a re-install/purge is there another way to force a Directory update?
