I`m searching sultions to connect a LCD flatscreen to a videosignal with the following data:
Screen solution: 720 * 336
Display fram rate: 50Hz
Horizontal frequency: 17,85kHz
Video signal: Red,Green+sync,Blue
Syncronization: Sync on green only
Video signal leveles according to RS-343A.

I assume the problem is the frequency, there are "Black Boxes" who convert between different sync`s.

I'm honestly not sure about these signal frequencies, i will say though that TFT's are not as tollerant with differance settings as traditional CRT's
I suspect the resolution is the main problem, and probably requires upping to a minimum 640x480 or even 800x600 to display, even at these resolutions the image will be extremely poor as another trait of TFT's is that they need to display at there maximum native resolution to get a quality image (on a 15.1 TFT that is normally 768x1024)
Don't know if this helped any?
Martin
