video post problem

how do you apply the video post effects onto animations in Max?

i've got this explosion animation from a sphere-gizmo with various video post effects. when i execute the sequence and render the 0-100 frames..all i get is a still image of the last frame.

why doesn't the renderer in the video post have a file output option?

any help getting my animation to work would be greatly appreciated.

Explain a bit more on how you have you vp file set up. I need to know all the various elements in order to help.
