Video over IP - Pixelated

We have Remote Site A that places Tandberg video over IP calls to Corporate.

They have been complaining that all calls are very pixelated when there is movement. At corporate the quality to Remote Site A is excellant.

I had remote site A place a video call to Remote Sites B - Site A complained bad quality again.

I then had Remote Site B call Coporate - the quality was very good.

This is an MPLS Network.

I'm confused as to where the issue resides, and where to begin to troubleshoot.

Remote Site B, or the other locations?

Incoming traffic to Site A appears to be the problem.

There could be several reasons:
1. Insufficient bandwidth provisioned
2. Someone at Site A is hogging the bandwidth
2. Router and/or switch at Site A not correctly configured

Make sure all routers/switches are configured for QoS
Monitor bandwidth usage
