VIDEO OVER IP HELP PLEASE

Hello

I have a IP video 9001a from a company called aviosys the idea of it is to plug into my router with up to 4 cameras attached to it and I can view it anywhere in the world. What happens is I can view iy through the computer im using but I cannot view it via its ip adress. Please note Iam very new to all this I have followed the instructions but to no avail I wondered if someone can guide me in the right direction or maybe you have one of these devices and can help me please!!!

Can you see it anywhere in the LAN and then not see it Outside the LAN ? If that i sthe case, I would think you have not forwarded the ports to the hardware that is connected to the cams.
