Ok, I have a web page that I have some video as part of it. Whenever you go to the page, the video must be downloaded to the browser's cache before it will begin to play. Is there any way to have it start playing before it is fully downloaded?

Thanks in advance

It depends on the type of video file and whether the server is capable of streaming it.

Probably your easiest option is to use a flash video or a flash player that will stream another video type.

In that case I think you will need to encode it specifically for streaming and possibly serve it from a QT Streaming Server.

You should be able to convert that to a FLV quite easily.
