Is there a line of code that will allow a link to look to multiple locations for the video file.

For example: A pc at one location will have a high resolution video on there local hard drive that will be manually updated so those pc we want the browser to pull the video from the local hard drive. At another location that doesn't have the video locally we want to look to the webserver to have streamed at a low bitrate.

So if there was line that could put in to look locally first and then to the webserver that would really simplify things.

I think you'd have to use an ActiveX component and then your users would have to allow it and also use IE.
