video encoder installtion problem

When I try to use Flash 8 video encoder I get a dialogue box asking me for Disk 1. I install original Studio 8 CD-ROM, I find file and it says it can't find it. I can't uninstall the existing encoder as I get te same prompt. Any ideas? Thanks.
