If you are running the 4000, and I think it has to be V6 or higher, but don't hold me to that, you can use the SIP version of the OS60, and you can connect an "approved" (most logitech seem to work) webcam to the USB port on the phones. This will give you one-on-one ability to do video calls from one OS60 on the same network/system to another. As far as I know there is no way to do a group version of that yet, and it only works from 60 - 60.
There are other things you have to do to set it up. I have a printed sheet around here somewhere... You need to have DMC enabled on both phones, there are some COS or SDAT entries you have to make on the phones, and in the WBM or the local menu of the phone you have to go in to features as Administrator and enable video, and after that it must also be done in the user menu. It will not let you do that if it doesn't like the webcam you hooked up.
OK, found the sheet. Phone has to be at minimum SIP V3 R1.x
Refer to the Admin and User manuals for SIP V3 R1.
Admin --> System --> Features --> Feature Access --> Call Associated: Video Calls = Enabled
User --> Configuration --> Video Call

Somebody that knows osbiz would have to answer that. I don't know if the features and config process are the same as the 4000. Sorry. I know the OS60 phones are capable in the right environment - just not sure if you have the right environment.
You could try searching the wiki for something like "osbiz video calling" and see if it comes up with anything
