Video Conferencing Servers (& equipment)

Can anybody reccomend a VC server that will allow many to many conferencing.
From what I can tell MS Exchange Conferencing server seemed to do this but all the details I found on the website were too vague.
Ideally I'd like something that has multiple "meeting rooms", is reasonably easy to set up in terms of firewalls etc and accepts a wide range of standard clients (eg NetMeeting)
Also any info on cameras would be appreciated. I've been using web cams with NetMeeting over a T1 line and the quality has been pretty bad.
