Can anybody point me in the right direction on how to set up video conferencing over SDSL.I have a 1MB SDSL at remote site and ADSL(1MB download,512K upload) at Head office.1st question does head office need to change to SDSL? 2nd question what software and IP camera do you recommend?

Your existing connections should work without a problem, but before anyone can answer the software/hardware question....How much $ do you have budgeted and how do you expect to use this system (10 people around a conference room table or 1 person in front of a PC)?

budget does not seem to be a issue conferencing is just between 2 people, Boss at home and a secretary at head office. So it would be people in front of a PC.

Not much of a "conference", more like a call... I think the MSN chat thing or something like it can do this for you.

I must say this does sound sexy though ;)
