Video conferencing ISDN & IP

Can anyone suggest a good website to read about video over IP. We currently have ISDN in several of our sites around the world, but calls are dropping at ridiculous rates and now we need to review a different technology. I need to know how to prepare the network guy to prepare the network, cost savings, bandwith requirements..... Nothing to deep, just the basics.
